"Where are you flying today?和"What's your final destination?" 都是问你要去哪里?
"Here you go."和"Here you are." 都是"给你"的意思。
"Check your bags" 指的是要托运的行李;
随身带到飞机上的行李叫"carry-on",在过安检的时候需要把随身带的行李通过X光检查。
"Scale"指的是称你的托运或者随身带的行李重量的称。
"Stopover"和"layover指的是要"经停,中转"的意思。
如果机场的人告诉你,你的行李是"go straight through",那就是说飞机中转的时候你不需要去取行李,行李会直接送到你的目的地。
"Boarding passes"是指"登机牌",没有登机牌是不允许登机的。等机场广播飞机开始"boarding"的时候,乘客们就可以开始登机了。
"X-ray machine"是指"X光检查设备",是用来检查你的行李的。"Metal detector"是"金属探测器"。"Body scanner"就是安检人员拿个小盒子一样的机器在你身上扫一下。
Conveyor belt"指"传送带,"plastic bins"指过安检的时候你放置你的手表手机的塑料筐。
英语重要的是听懂会说,听懂以上是不是忽然发现:This、That、OK、Thank you、Excuse me忽然就够用啦!
